The ACI Group Customer Portal links directly to their CRM system and allows their customer’s to manage and place new orders directly. Customers can also discover new products and gain insights into news & industry trends.
Customer Portal users are able to send a quote request directly to ACI’s Oomph CRM system. From there, the sales team can review the quote request, and send an official quote back to the customer for acceptance. All the customer’s invoices are also available in the portal for download.
Once a quote has been accepted by the customer in the portal, the order can be placed by the ACI team. We added order tracking in the Customer Portal to allow customers to view the status of their order in real time.
The product catalogue is linked directly to ACI’s CRM system, which allows them to add new products on the fly. All of these products show in the Customer Portal and allow customers to discover new products that they can order.
ACI can share relevant industry news directly through the Customer Portal, giving users easy access to the latest updates. Users can personalise their experience by toggling news categories on or off, ensuring they only see content that matters to them.
